ABOUT US
Yoga should be for all. It should be accessible and affordable and help build communities. In not, then, in my view, we are not really practicing yoga but merely doing physical exercise.
Yoga has been a part of my life for over a decade, in all the places where I have lived, and through all that I have experienced. Early on I knew that I would love to share the experience of yoga with others. Since 2019 I have been a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). The main style of my teaching is vinyasa flow but I have a specific interest in both alignment and strength and conditioning, and in my personal practice I do ashtanga, iyengar and kundalini yoga which often reflects in my teaching.
